Ayoub Engineering Inc. maintains Professional Engineering
Licenses in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as the
remaining New England States and New York. We maintain current Soil
Evaluator, Title V and Septic System Inspector and Construction
Supervisor Licenses, and LEED AP accreditation.
We provide Civil/Site Engineering and Design Services to a wide
variety of clients. Our experience with the unique requirements of the
petroleum and fast food industries has put Ayoub Engineering in the
forefront of Site Design.
Services provided by our office range from Sanitary Sewer and
Stormwater System Design to Retaining Wall and Foundation Design. Our

We are Registered
Professional Architects in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and
Connecticut and maintain an NCARB (National Council of
Architectural Registration Boards) Certificate.
We provide architectural services to many of the major
petroleum and fast food companies assisting with their
required building designs and evaluations. Our staff has a
tremendous knowledge and experience with ADA (Americans with
Disabilities Act) compliance issues as well as a thorough
understanding of local and state building code requirements.
We have been deeply involved with the growing convenience
store conversion and car wash markets and have developed
design and construction plans for hundreds of service stations
and car wash locations.
Our architectural services extend beyond the traditional
limits and we are constantly searching for new and innovative
design alternatives. We offer services to satisfy our clients

Ayoub Engineering Inc. provides prompt and efficient computer
aided design and drafting services. The Ayoub CAD Department is well
trained and experienced on State-of-the-Art computer systems utilizing
the most current autocad releases and related software packages.
Our integrated plotting techniques allow for the preparation of
colored presentation plans suitable for public display and review. We
have computer internet capabilities allowing for immediate plan
transfer to clients for expediting the review and permit process.
Our experience in the fast food, petroleum and retail industries has
allowed us to develop an extensive library of construction and

Permitting Services

Ayoub Engineering Inc. has
been involved with permitting new construction for over 28
years, and has developed an extensive local and state
permitting procedure. Our expertise in obtaining
permits/approvals ranges from simple Building Permit
Applications to Extensive Wetlands and Sanitary Sewer
Discharge Permit Applications. Our activities include all
required applications before local and state permitting
authorities associated with a given project.
Our customized computer tracking system allows for constant
project updating and monitoring throughout the permit process.
We track all approvals and expiration dates to provide our
clients with follow-up communication to ensure that all
permits remain current.
We have an extensive, up to date zoning regulation and state
code reference library that provides quick and easy access. We
